Darshan Sheth

Chief Executive Officer

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Appointed as CEO on July 11, 2024, Mr. Darshan Sheth has over 27 years of experience in business strategy, finance, venture capital, private equity, and hedge fund operations. He has held senior leadership roles in the United States, including CFO positions at CBay Systems Ltd., Mosaic Capital Advisors, and a renewable energy start-up. Since 2014, he has advised the Multi-Act Group on business strategy and operations. Mr. Sheth holds degrees in Accounting and Economics, Banking and Finance, and an MBA with distinction from Rider University, USA. He is also a Chartered Accountant (India) and has cleared the U.S. CPA Examination.

Ashok Pal

Former Head - Research & Development

Former Head - Research & Development
Mr. Ashok Kumar Pal is a distinguished textile engineering professional with over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, machinery commissioning, product development, sales & marketing, and research & development. A Textile Engineering graduate with distinction, he has held leadership roles across the textile machinery industry and spent over two decades leading innovation at ICC.

During his career, he supervised the commissioning of numerous spinning mills and over 400 carding machines across India. At ICC, he progressed through key positions in Sales & Service, Product Development, Sales & Marketing, and ultimately Head of R&D. He is the inventor or co-inventor of seven patents in India and Europe and led ICC's R&D team to win six TMMA innovation awards. He also played a key role in securing DSIR recognition for ICC's R&D facility and contributed to industry development through his association with the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Committee for Textile Machinery

 

Mr. Sanjeevkumar Karkamkar

Executive Director and CFO

Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer (CFO) Mr. Sanjeevkumar Karkamkar was appointed as CFO on April 30, 2025, and also serves as Executive Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and brings over 47 years of extensive experience in finance, corporate laws, taxation, and administration. He has served with organizations such as Vijay Engineering, Herdillia Polymers Limited, Hundalani Finance & Leasing Co. Pvt. Ltd., and IMS Health, and currently serves on the Boards of various companies within the Multi-Act Group. His leadership continues to strengthen the Company’s financial and strategic initiatives.

Mohanraj K.

Vice President – Sales & Marketing

Vice President  – Sales & Marketing (Western & Southern Regions & International Markets) Mr. Mohanraj Kuppusamy joined ICC in February 2024 and leads sales and marketing across domestic and global markets, including Turkey, Egypt, and Uzbekistan. With over 33 years of experience in the textile industry, he has expertise in production, maintenance, quality control, and machinery commissioning. His career spans 15 years in card clothing sales and 13 years in capital machinery sales. He holds a Diploma in Textile Technology from Thyagarajan Polytechnic, Salem, and is known for his hands-on leadership and technical expertise.

Yogesh Deshpande

Vice President – Supply Chain Management

Vice President – Supply Chain Management With over three decades of experience in engineering, manufacturing, and shared services, Mr. Yogesh Deshpande has been associated with ICC for 16 years. He has held diverse roles, including a five-year tenure with ICC International Agencies Ltd. (ICCIAL). As Vice President – Supply Chain Management, he is leading the transformation of ICC’s supply chain into a digitally enabled, strategic function that enhances competitiveness and customer value. An alumnus of SP Jain School of Global Management, he is recognized for strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and disciplined execution.

Gurpreet Singh

Plant Head

Vice President – Operations | Plant Head Mr. Gurpreet Singh Samrao joined ICC in January 2024 and leads plant operations, driving manufacturing excellence and sustainable growth. With 23+ years of leadership experience across Textile Machinery, Automobile, Electronics, and Heavy Engineering industries, he has successfully led large-scale operations and transformation programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Production & Industrial Engineering, an Executive MBA in Operations Management, and is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Passionate about Industry 4.0, automation, and sustainability, he is committed to positioning ICC for long-term global competitiveness.

Amogh Barve

Company Secretary and Head – Legal & Corporate Affairs

Company Secretary & Head – Legal & Corporate Affairs Mr. Amogh Barve was appointed Company Secretary & Head – Legal & Corporate Affairs on April 4, 2019, after over a decade of association with ICC. He is an Associate Member of ICSI and holds Bachelor’s degrees in Commerce and Law. With 25+ years of experience in corporate laws, governance, and compliance, he has worked with Mohammed Enterprises (Tanzania), Kalyani Forge Ltd., Tata AutoComp Systems Ltd., Kenana Sugar Company (Sudan), and Sulzer India Ltd. His expertise ensures robust legal and governance frameworks for the Company.

 

K Suresh

Regional Head - West

K Suresh leads the Western Region of ICC for Domestic market as Regional Head West and has been an important member of the organization since May 1992.

Suresh is a Diploma in Textile Technology from Government Polytechnic Kannur and carry a good experience of 3.5 years of working in a Textile Mills (Western India Cottons of Kannur & The Co-operative Spinning Mills of Burhanpur) in a Quality Control & Production functions before joining ICC.

Suresh comes with more than 33 years of experience in textile industry . He is deeply involved in Sales & Marketing and also provides technical solutions to the customers and thus, has been instrumental in developing organizational reach in Western region.

Mr. Laxmikant Rathi

President – Sales & Marketing

Mr. Laxmikant Rathi holds degrees in Textile Engineering (VJTI), DITM, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (NMIMS). With over 33 years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, and client servicing, he has worked with Century Enka Ltd., SKF Bearing Ltd., ATE Enterprises, and Ideal Sheet Metal. He has successfully driven business growth, including scaling spinning accessories from ₹100 million to ₹1,200 million at ATE Enterprises and achieving export excellence at Ideal Sheet Metal. His leadership has established ICC’s products in over 25 international markets.

Ravinder Bharadwaj

Regional Head - North

Ravinder Kumar Bharadwaj is one of the key members of the organization since Apr 2007. Whilst continuously delivering success for ICC, Ravinder is currently working as Regional Head – North for Domestic market.

Ravinder has completed his Diploma in Textile Technology from the State Board of Technical Education, Punjab in 1991.

Ravinder comes with the rich experience of over 30 years in the card clothing industry and has variety of milestones to his credit.

Chandan Bisi

Regional Head - South East Asia

Chandan Bisi is responsible for catering to the South East Asian countries of our Export Market whilst being stationed at New Delhi. Chandan has been an integral part of the ICC’s success since Jul 1993.

Chandan has completed his Graduation in Textile Technology from Calcutta University in 1990 and Masters in Marketing from IGNOU in 1992.

Chandan comes with the rich experience of over 32 years in card clothing industry. Chandan leads ICC’s export by providing seamless technical solutions to our customers in the territory (especially in Bangladesh, Thailand & Indonesia).
