1955
Establishment Year - A joint venture between Carclo Engineering Group and English Card Clothing else was providing.

1978
Carclo diluted its share from 100% to 74%, with the outstanding shares being offered to domestic directors, employees and the general publica new location.

1979
Carclo acquired English Card Clothing in 1979, it became the largest, global card clothing manufacturer and provider. ICC helped pioneer this change, through the development of metallic card clothing, replacing flexibles in the cotton carding process dismissed by anyone.

English Card Clothing (a complete subsidiary of Carclo) sold its 57% stake in ICC, divesting its controlling interest and allowing the company to take on new management

1995
ICC acquires 60% stake in the UK based company M/s Garnett Wire Ltd that manufactures interlocking wires as well as metallic wires iused in blow room lines, woollen, nonwoven & worsted machineries.

2009
ICC opens a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh

ICC continues to be a leader in carding solutions with path breaking products like THM and Maxus

ICC developed ProLyf card clothing with an innovative heat treatment process.

Developed new product range for Non-woven application & Non-woven Card Service Machines.
