Cylinder wires are the hardest workers in the carding process. Good carding requires all the wire points to be of exact size, height and strength. Modern card clothing has very fine wire points; some cards could have as many as 12 million wire points!

Application and Features:

i.) Suitable for high production rates of carding
ii.) Manufactured with high grade micro alloy steel and a fine-grained crystalline structure to extend its lifecycle and avoid heavy wear
iii.) Even and consistent hardness from the advanced heat treatment process
iv.) New "cut-to- point" tooth geometry ensures wire tip toughness and prevents deterioration from high production rates

Application and Features:

i.) Manufactured from long life alloy steel for strength and wear resistance
ii.) Height options of 2.0mm and 2.5mm depending on customer preference or specifications
iii.) Even and consistent hardness from advanced heat treatment
